Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Academy of AI Sdn Bhd for your use of OnlyAIApp — the website, the build studio, our paid programs, and the certification. By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
OnlyAIApp is operated by Academy of AI Sdn Bhd (“AOAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and is available at onlyaiapp.com. “You” means the person using the service. Questions about these terms: support@goacademyai.com.
2. Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 16 (or 18 where your local law requires it) and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate account information and keep it current. Your account is personal to you.
- We sign you in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure, and for everything done through your account.
- Do not share your account, sign-in link, or program access with anyone else. One person, one account.
3. The service
OnlyAIApp helps you structure work you already understand and build it into a real, working application with the help of AI agents, and — where you enroll — teaches and certifies that capability. To do this, the service may provision resources on your behalf on third-party platforms (for example a code repository and hosting).
We may add, change, or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what you have paid for.
4. Programs & access
- Programs run on an evergreen schedule: lessons unlock progressively from the day you join, on your own timeline. There is no fixed cohort start date.
- Each program is purchased separately. Buying one program does not grant access to another.
- Access continues for as long as your enrollment is active and paid. If a payment fails, we may pause access after a grace period, and restore it once payment succeeds.
5. Fees, payment & installments
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- Where an installment plan is offered, you authorise the scheduled charges for the full plan. Choosing installments does not reduce the total amount owed.
- If an installment fails, we may retry it, notify you, and pause program access until it clears. Persistent non-payment may end your enrollment.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
6. Refunds
Paid programs carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. The full terms — including how to request one and what happens to your access — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. What you build is yours
You own the applications, code, and content you create using OnlyAIApp, and the accounts they are deployed to. We claim no ownership over them.
If you choose to publish a project to our public Showcase, or publish a certified profile to our public directory, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that material (name, description, screenshot, link, and the profile details you provide) to promote the service. You can ask us to unpublish it at any time.
8. Our materials — what you may and may not do
The lessons, slide decks, videos, templates, frameworks, the Pilot reviewer, the software, and the OnlyAIApp and AOAI brands remain our property (or our licensors'). On enrolling, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the materials of the program you paid for, for your own learning.
You may not:
- copy, download, record, scrape, republish, or redistribute the course materials;
- share your access, or show, resell, sublicense, or teach the materials to non-enrolled people;
- use the materials to build or train a competing program or product; or
- remove or circumvent any access control, paywall, or attribution on the materials.
Breaching this section is a material breach: we may end your access without refund, and pursue any other remedy available to us.
9. Certification
- Certification is awarded on merit — when your submitted work meets the published criteria and passes review. Paying for a program does not by itself entitle you to a certificate.
- Submissions may be reviewed by our AI reviewer and by a human track leader. Review decisions are ours to make.
- The work you submit must be your own. Misrepresenting authorship, plagiarising, or falsifying a submission is grounds for refusal.
- We may revoke a certificate and remove a directory listing if it was obtained through fraud or misrepresentation, or in cases of serious misconduct.
- A certificate reflects completion of our program to our standard. It is not an accredited or government-recognised qualification, and we do not promise any job, income, or business outcome.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or build anything unlawful or harmful;
- attack, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code, prompts, or models;
- use bots or automated means to scrape the service, or resell access to it; or
- misuse the AI agents to generate abusive, deceptive, or illegal material.
11. AI-generated output
The service uses AI models, which can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. Output — including generated code — is provided for you to review and test. You are responsible for what you deploy and for checking it is fit for your purpose. Nothing produced by the service is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
12. Third-party services
The service works with third-party platforms (such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and AI model providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their availability, pricing, and limits are outside our control. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
13. Availability & suspension
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time; where you have paid, the Refund Policy governs what is refundable.
14. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or the applications and content you build and deploy.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
