How to request a refund
Reply to your purchase receipt email (or email us from the address you bought with) within 14 days of your purchase date and say you'd like a refund. No forms, no calls, no hoops.
What happens next
We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary). Your program access ends when the refund is issued.
Installment plans
The 14-day window runs from your first payment. Refunds inside the window cover everything you've paid; remaining installments are cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. This policy applies to program purchases (challenge and certification); the build-studio subscription is billed separately and can be cancelled anytime from your account.
